So just to clarify unless you have the 'advanced' flag in place you shouldn't get them, correct?

Can't say I've used or heard of the 'higher' flag before??

Woke up this morning to a re booted machine, f@h not running on startup so fired it up to see what had happened and its downloading 2 new wu's!!

 Fine beanoslim, restricted to advanced, beta (and I guess you could say internal). I haven't gotten any of them for a while, and this would be great timing as I am leaving for a little while so I can't babysit them.

jesus buddy when you gonna catch a break? I have had no problems at all with this card.what part of the world are you in?I am in jolly old england,i had one x21 go funny towards the end but since then nothing at all.im cramming the points on as everyone knows i got 1 cpu and i gpu.in the short time iv been with you guys iv emmassed 15409334 with 1209 WU i am 6678 of 1806031.[do i sound proud? lol]:).Just wish you could get the points your owed that you didnt get for errors.

does anyone know anything about hybrid drives.my mom has got me one for crimbo and im worried [i only want it for storage] that its not going to be compatable although im SURE i saw hynrid drive enable /disable when piddling around in the bios.can anyone help?

i pretty sure i was clicking around in the sata bit with the hot thingys [never been my bag raid and all that] and its just dropped down cuz i thought oooh that's handy. i asked on the forum and noone has even bothered to say a word so i thought id ask here lol

Well, the team's stats page is visible again on Stanford's site, so let's see if EOC doesn't pick up data this update.

Edit: Yep, lots of points. But looks like a 24-bit error, many teams maxing out at 16777215 points in this update. That's 2^24 - 1 = something broke.

That's got to be a new 24hr record:lol:

My points are going to drop a bit, I've switched out the 980 to see what the 980ti does on its own.

I don't remember all these errors when I first got the card, I am wondering if its something to do with the board now.

The ppd on the 980ti set to advanced is nearly as high as both cards with no flag.

We will see how it runs, overnight folded 0x21 wu's with no errors.

So... as I thought.

The 980ti, registers as a 980ti as a single card and folds 0x21 wu's without error including 96** wu's.

What does that tell you huh?? Why is production effected by the addition of the 980??..................

Could it be that the Sabertooth 990FX just can't handle it, the Dark Side is calling....

When I tried mixing cards ,A GTX 650ti boost and a GTX460 things went a bit wonky.
So now I have 3 boxes running because they did not get along together when folding.
The 460 was reporting points for the 650 and the 650 was reporting points for the 460.
They were miss identified by FAH.
Tried changing slots, Wiping everything and starting with fresh drivers, removing and reinstalling F@H.
Gave up and tossed the 460 in a old core 2 duo box and now everybody is happy.
:??:

Yup, sounds familiar...

My cards are reported by f@h incorrectly and I tried the complete wipe and re-install a couple of times.

Right that's it then, overclocked the 980ti to 1400mhz and it ran all night, no errors in site.

are you guys bank robbers?
