A switch/router maybe?

Is that black block, a 3g router/hotspot??? It seems to be a Universal power source, or back up battery.

Call your local ISP and ask them to provide service xD you have all kinds of connectivity haha. Gotta get model #'s and stuff to check what provider is compatable.
