Question FPS DROPS/LAGS/ RUNNING OUT OF VIRTUAL MEMORY CRASHES

Hello,

I have a lot of problems in games like COD CW, EFT, SQUAD and Hell Let Loose with huge fps drops and freezes. GPU temps around 80 degrees CPU around 50. This all is starting from little freezes and leading to the crashes, doesn't matter if I shoot or do nothing games are randomly freezing. I'm obsessed with having the latest drivers and bios installed as well as windows updates.

Also in COD CW every map I play on I have following error:

Things I tried:

-Clean gpu drivers install
-Bios updated -
-Removed oc from gpu
-No oc on cpu apart from pbo
-Installed games to ssd and m2 nvme

My config:
-GPU: RTX 2060 6GB
-CPU: RYZEN 5600X
-RAM: 16GB 2666MHZ
-MOBO: ASUS B450M-A

Hope someone will help me with this one as it is very frustrating as the games are not playable. Thank you.

Little update I have found something like this in Event Viewer:

Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: BlackOpsColdWar.exe (13228) consumed 32544686080 bytes, opera.exe (4448) consumed 396877824 bytes, and MsMpEng.exe (4048) consumed 261623808 bytes.
