Question Fps keeps dropping after 2-3 hours of playing

Hey! So when i play for 2-3 hours my frames keep dropping. To fix it i always restart my oc and that fixes it. I previously had an rx 580 but upgraded it to an rx 5600 xt hoping it would solve the problem. But it didn’t please help.
