My PC Specs
16 GB DDR4 RAM
I7-7700k CPU
750 Watt PSU
240 GB SSD
RTX 2080 SUPER
Gigabyte B250M-DS3H MotherBoard

Issue,
After everything that i have looked up about something similar to these specs i should be getting 180-220 frames in Modern Warfare Warzone. But for some reason im constantly sitting down around 70-100 frames per second and it just isnt making sense to me anymore. Ive tried everything in terms of lowering ALL the graphics down, but still have yet to get decent frames in the game and its very frustrating.

Solution
I overclocked CPU to 4.5, it seemed to help increase my frames go to around 110-120 but with the specs i have i was still eexpecting to get 200-220.
If you are running 110-120 with 90-95% usage I can’t see 200+ being possible. Have you seen any cpu benchmarks for the game that show this is possible? I assume this is multiplayer, usually multiplayer is more cpu demanding than single player in games.
You are right, you have 8 cores but you do have 8 threads due to having hyperthreading. With all cores at 90-95% I’d think this is likely a cpu limitation.
