Following Jroks lead...

As a promotion for my Frogger high-score saving kit, I'm giving
one away a part of the ever popular 'Free Friday'. I'll pay the
shipping.

The kit is for the 36 pin konami style Frogger boards, not the
44 pin AC style. It has other features besides high score save
such as freeplay, power up diags, settings menu, test mode
menus, etc... http://www.brasington.org/arcade/

The kit still lacks a 'screw/spacer' kit, which is needed because
of the tight clearance between the lower board which holds the Z80
CPU and the upper audio board. About 1/4 inch extra space is needed.
So the lucky winner will have to work around that mechanical issue.

Anyone with a Frogger should pick up this kit. I installed it a few
weeks ago and its fantastic.

I searched high and low (even a huge fastener distributor) for the
correct length M3 screws and came up with nothing. I ended up buying a
piece of M3 rod stock, cutting my own and double nutting them. For the
spacers, I used some plastic tubing that I found at a hobby shop and
cut it to length.

This looks like a must have for my Frogger. Wile I don't have a need
for Free Play I do want to save my Hi scores. Any chance you can add
the option of adding custom text to the attract mode screen. I saw this
on a ROM Hack site someone was selling that also added free play and a
self test mode but did not have a Hi score save. Have you set a price
for the kit?
