Sorting through stuff tonight and don't really need this stuff so if it
will help your projects:

--Sega Outrun steering assembly - works with upright and mini uprights.
Includes steering wheel (slight chunk out of the foam) and the gear
assembly with harness attached. The smaller gear on the main shaft has
the usual split. May be fixable or everything else can be used for
spare parts. New centering springs as well. $20 shipped (heavy).

--Sega Outrun H/L gear shift, decent working condition. I think it has
the harness on it as well. $15 shipped.

--Pac/Ms Pac joystick assembly (everything but the shaft). Includes
attached cp wiring harness, P1/P2 start button leaf assemblies.
Basically it looks like all the parts and wiring from the cp EXCEPT for
the joystick shaft, and E-clip, and the two start buttons. If I can
find some I'll throw them in as well. I definitely do not have the
joystick shaft. $15 shipped.

Thanks,
Greg

What condition is the H/L gear shift in? Mine switches
gears too easily (not enough resistance) and I would
like it to be a little stiffer, like I remember in the
arcades and other Out Run games more recently.

Do you still have the steering assembly? I am interested in it. Questions on the smaller gear, usual split? Mine shattered and am looking to replace it or the whole assembly, thx.
