Fx 6100 processor

Okay, first off let me say that overclocking isnt an option due to my cheap oem locked hp board, now that we have that out of the way,
I was wondering if my processor possibly bottlenecks my gpu, because i am seeing some strange performance in saints row 3, and i think it should be better,
Amd fx 6100, Evga superclocked geforce gtx 560 ti 2gb superclocked, 1.5 terabyte hdd, 10 gigs (i know thats a strange number) of ddr3 ram, and an 850 watt thermaltake black widow psu, thanks in advance

Also forgot to mention I have 2 moniters running, one at 1920x 1080, the other at 1440 x 900, and i am trying to atleast play this game at high in windowed mode at 1920 x 1080 without anything lower than 30 fps
