fx5900 reboot problem

I just installed a BFG FX5900, and now my system will not do a warm reboot, neither from windows nor from the BIOS. It shuts down normally, then hangs right when you'd expect the video bios display to come up. The monitor never even comes back from power save mode. Cold booting works just fine.

Anybody had this problem, or have any ideas on what to do?

I have one on a Abit IC7 and I remember having that problem for a while, but can not remember what the fix was. I think it might have been a bios update that fixed it. Let me think about it a bit and try and remember what it was.
