G.Skill DDR2-800 4-4-3-5. Is this great for overclocking?

I would just like to know if you would advise me to buy this RAM for mild overclocking. It is advertised as having "THE world's lowest latency"!

If its anything like the Regular DDR, I would say yes. I bought 2gigs of PC3200 from GSkill (RED heat sinks on it). And the stuff OC's pretty well for the price. I upped the FSB multiplier to 220mhz from 200 and all works well on an Abit AV8 939 board. You may find with the DDR2 that you might have to loosen your timings a bit and also raise voltage to really push it.
