ATI X1800 512MB ddr3
160GB sata drive
cd-rw/dvd drive
500w psu

the only problem is that i dont get any sound and i cant use the lan...i tried installing the drivers from the provided cd but every time i install them it says it finished and i have to restart, then i restart and nothing...if you can help me on how to solve this problem please tell me....

For win2k, I go to the display manager: my computer>control panel>system>hardware>display manager>properties>update driver. Try loading the drivers manually. If the drivers aren't installed properly, you'll get a yellow or red mark next to them in the display manager.

Download the executables (Auto installation program (support WinXP 64/Win98SE/WinME/Win2K/WinXP ver.680)(Submission ID:1271237 ))) then just "Open".
If you prefer the ZIP alternative - just extract (with full paths) to a folder - and run setup.exe.

Network device should appear in device manager as "Unknown Device" or "PCI Network controller". No need to even be in there (for now lol) - just install...

ECS site does say that: LAN Realtek GigaLAN 8111B (Realtek 10/100 LAN 8101E optional) < im betting thats the deluxe version....
