GA-8IDMNF no boot

Any idea to boot with this Mobo ?
Pin chassis intrusion are shorted. When I briefly shorted the fp but in
i see the leds of the keyboard light on and the cpu fan starts. But
nothing on the monitor.
Config : memory 64 MB/133 MHz ; p4 1400 MHz ; ATX and P4 Power Supply

I have just found the reason why : one chip of the chipset is died.
