Try contacting the Gigabyte's UK office. Their US office has them
($18US), perhaps the UK office does as well.

Also, they aren't 3 port 1394b L-brackets - they only have (2)1394b
ports and (1) USB2.0 port. If you need to run a 3rd 1394b port, you'll
either have to get a second bracket from Gigabyte, or try contacting
Granite Digital:

http://www.granitedigital.com/catalog/pg18b_firewirecables.htm

I'll warn you though, be careful if you get a 1394B PCI slot L-bracket
from Granite Digital -- check the pinout wiring carefully against the
pinout listed in your mobo manual, and rewire it if needed before you
plug it in, or like a miswired USB header connector, or you could fry
your mobo and PSU.

Or, optionally, you could go with a dual port L-bracket out the back
*and* a 3.5"/5.25" I/O bay for a front accessable ports (connected
to the mobo's 3rd 1394B header). GoGoCity.com has such a unit that
has bilingual 1394b ports, and a 4 port USB2.0 hub in a bay which fits
in either a 3.5" drive bay, or a 5.25" bay. http://tinyurl.com/dhrpe

Hi Nick, Gigabyte U.K dont have any and my manual says that its a 3
port back plate and has 3 wires coming off it and then it attachers
to the motherboard with one connector, the board comes with 10 usb
ports and i have all of them with the board so if this has a usb port
on it then its not the one ,Gigabyte do supply you with a back plate
which has 2 usb on it and also IEEE ports which connects to the 16
pin header, but the back plate i am after has 3 IEEE1394b ports which
are 800 not 400 transfer speed and the connector has pin 7 missing
and not pin 9 as i can get the plate with pin 9 missing but it does
not fit as it is wired up wrong .Also this board only has 2 IEEE 1394
headers on it not 3 which are called F1_1394 andF2_1394 and the F1 is
the10 pin header with pin #7 missing

Hi - I can help. I have a spare Gigabyte bracket. Reply and we'll sort out
your address via email and a nominal fee for the part/postage.

Ian.

Don't fight over me boys! :)

I have a genuine part from Gigabyte. It came with my now deceased (sadly!)
7VAXP. It's a triple-header, so that's three i-link/1394 ports on a
bracket, to three header plugs. mailto:ioxley33@hotmail.com, address or
whatever and I'll probably let the thing go for a fiver or so, cause I'm a
good bloke and I just want some of the clutter cleared from my spares box.
The header is in perfect condition, by the way. I'm happy to part with it
cause I'd now use a PCI card anyways.

Ian.
