Hey! I have been dealing with this issue for months at this point, tried multiple different things to fix it with no luck what so ever.

Battle.net, wallpaperengine.exe, SteelSeries GG and discord wont open/work correctly for some reason. Battle.net is stuck in an infinite refresh loop, discord crashes without error message on launch and wallpaperengine.exe and SteelSeries GG gives me a blank grey screen.

I have tried a whole bunch of different things to try to solve the issue including doing clean windows install of both windows 10 (where the problem started) and 11 (which is the OS I am on now). I formatted all my hard drives, tried swapping out my RAM sticks with different ones from my other PC that I know work. Its not an internet connection thing either since all other PC's in the house is working fine.

System specs:
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5800x
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200Mhz 32gb
Motherboard: ASUS STRIX B550-F GAMING
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Storage 1: Western Digital Black SN750 SSD 1TB PCIe NVMe
Storage 2: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 550GB (SSD)
PSU: Corsair RM 750x

I think it has to be a linked issue but at this point I am clueless as to what the issue might be so I thought I would ask here, before paying a professional to have a look at my PC..
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Solution
For Battlenet try deleting the cache folder. For wallpaper engine try clicking on the taskbar tab to see if it will start that way. For steel series open task manager, right click on steel series, expand, then when the second name under it opens click on that, maximize. See if that works. For discord try updating your gpu driver, or in Discord client try disabling hardware acceleration.
