Question Game freezes and the colors turn weird ?

When i play games usually multiplayer ones, my games freeze for a second and the colors turn weird it doesnt usually last long, it started randomly happening on my new laptop after i updated the nvidia game driver but i dont know if it has anything to do with that. it happens randomly in games like warframe when i play normally, in csgo when i press tab, esc, the round ends or randomly and in other games too. i ran some hardware test and everyone said theres no problems with the gpu, cpu or ram. i have a lenovo loq 15 with rtx 4070 and ryzen 7 7435hs. i reinstalled windows 11 and its still happening, does anybody know what could cause something like this and how could i solve it? all my drivers and windows updates are up to date also. like i said the laptop is brand new not even a month. if u have any question im happy to answer

First, check to see if your laptop is pending an update. Second, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Did you install the OS in offline mode? If not, the OS will download and install drivers it thinks is right for your platform, which often times isn't the right one which can and will lead to instabilities or anomalies. Recreate the bootable USB installer for Windows 11, install the OS in offline mode, then manually install all drivers in said elevated command, then when all drivers are installed, connect to the internet to let the OS update itself.
