Is there any list of Games or any sites reguarly updated with a list of games that have problems with Xp?

there are normally dedicated sites for a particular game (top games anyway), such as www.planetquake.com www.planethalflife.com planetunreal.com planetwolfenstein.com etc they have message boards where problems are discussed, of course the game manufacturers site but they are generally the last to post fixes
