Question Games stuttering after upgrading the CPU ?

Hello guys, so recently I just upgraded my CPU from Ryzen 5 3500X to Ryzen 7 5700X. However, when I run some games, they stutters a lot, especially on the cpu-intensive games like the recently released Helldivers 2. And I don't know how to explain it but I also hear like some kind of radio static noise in my headphones whenever the game stutters. I checked the CPU usage and temp, and it seems normal (max temp on 68 degrees celsius). I suspect it's because of my motherboard or my RAM that is kind of outdated, therefore they can't keep up with the CPU? but maybe you guys have a different insight or opinion about this problem.

Here are my specs:

Mobo: Galax B450M​

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X​

GPU: RTX 3060​

RAM: 16GB @2400MHz​

PSU: BeQuiet System Power 550W​

Did you update the bios or need to update the bios on your motherboard for the 5700x? Also, the memory at 2400mhz is holding the 5700x back.. Try using 3200mhz and see if it smooths out.
