Gaming mouse on a budget?

I am looking for a mouse for my computer to replace my crappy old Dell mouse. I will be using it for gaming, so I would like it to have:

-a clickable, tilting (L/R) scroll wheel
-2 or more side buttons

I could care less about lighting.
I prefer wired as it's generally just more reliable, but maybe times have changed.

Thank you both. Are you guys sure they have tilting and clicking scroll wheels? Sorry for being picky, it's just something I have gotten used to and would prefer not to change.
