So I am wanting to build a PC, I will play games on and just browse the web on it. I want it to last me a while without having to upgrade parts right away. I want to be able to play most games above 100 FPS, and I don't exactly know what parts are the best for what. I am trying to keep it around 2k. Are there any other parts out there that are better that will keep the price around the same but give me better performance, and am I missing any parts that I will need right away. Will the stock CPU cooler work, and do I have enough case fans, or will I need more. Is there anything that I don't need that will save me money? The Asus monitor is the one I would play games on, is that a good monitor and will the graphics card I chose work well with it? I also know that there are other memory cards out there that are the same as the ones I have chosen but not gold and are cheaper, but I want the gold ones just cause I like how they look, and I like the RGB gem look they have. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!! :)

Solution
That gold RAM! : P

Considering you can get DDR4-3200 with similar specs from G.Skill for around $111, or their lighted Trident Z RGB for $130, those shiny heatspreaders are rather expensive. Personally, I would rather put that money toward things that can improve performance.

How could the others you mentioned improve performance?
