Gaphics issue

hi guys i have a problem here my computer when i start it up it gives me tearing like top to bottom tearing i am currently working my computer in safe mode because when i try to start normally it gives me a blue screen this all happened when i was playing diablo 3 it started fuzzing out with red dots everywere and then just froze i restarted then tryed playing world of warcraft and then it blue screened and now when i start up it does this...

Provide some additional information please, what are your system components; cpu, motherboard, graphics card, power supply, operating system. But on the surface it souonds like your graphics card failed. If you have another to put in the system to test might help.

^+1. Also get the temperatures of the processor & graphics card (use HWmonitor). It might just be overheating causing it to misbehave. When was the last time you cleaned the inside of your PC?

yea i live in the middle east its probably over heating lemme check that thanks for the quick reply guys!

34c is not bad. But is that for the processor or the graphics card?
If it is for the processor, what is the temperature of the GPU ( graphics card )?
