From what i know supports Gen4
And if i do, will i get the full speed of the T700 ?

As always, consult the manufacturer.

PCIe 4.0 ports, not 5.0

Having said that, it is HIGHLY unlikely you would see the actual difference, unless you were copying between 2x 5.0 drives.
A single 4.0 vs single 5.0? In a blind test, you could not tell the difference.

if you use gen5 ssd on gen4 mainboard, it will run at gen4 speeds, that is up to 7GB/s

In regards to NVMe in general there is typically no discernible performance difference between Gen3 on up through Gen 5 outside benchmarks. Heck, most people can't even tell between SATA and an NVMe drive. Direct Storage is on the rise but still I see no real reason to spend extra money on Gen5. Gen3 and 4 drives are super cheap right now, your money is better spent there IMO.

Your speed will get bottlenecked to the PCIe 4.0 speed. The x4 speed of your PCIe M.2 slot supports a maximum of 8GB/s. Rest you can understand.
