This is probably another easy one...

If I kill off my opponent's Genju of the Fens during his turn, can he
use Soulless Revival to return that Swamp to his hand later in the turn?

Genju of the Fens B Enchant Swamp
2: Until end of turn, enchanted Swamp becomes a 2/2 black Spirit
creature with “B: This creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.” It’s
still a land.
When enchanted Swamp is put into a graveyard, you may return Genju of
the Fens from your graveyard to your hand.

Soulless Revival 1B Instant - Arcane
Return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
Splice onto Arcane 1B

I guess the central question here is: does the enchanted swamp stop
being a creature when it hits the graveyard, or at end of turn?

Nope. A Swamp is a land card; it is not a creature card.

It stops being a creature the moment it leaves play; the effect doesn't say
anything about lasting beyond the normal time for effects in such a case.
The effect only applies to the Swamp while the Swamp is in play. (Since there
can't BE a "creature" in your graveyard - they only exist in play, just like
"land"s, "artifact"s, and "enchantment"s - it doesn't even make sense to try
to think of it "lasting after it leaves play"...)

A Swamp is not a creature card...so it doesn't matter if it stops at
EOT or when it hits the Graveyard. (Although it stops being a Creature
when put there) :)
