Question Getting high spikes, most CPU and sometimes GPU (BFV) espically help please

Hi! i have relative new system.
I9900 K not clocked,
RTX 2080 TI
, Psu corsair rm 1000,
memory kingston hyper x 32 gb dual channel
cooler Darkpro quiet 4.
Screen montior aoc 144hz Gsync ,
latest nvidia drivers.
3 ssd drivers 2 extern T3-T5 and one intern

Everytime i play bfv, i get high´cpu spikes, which result on stutter and frame drops. Have tried with ffr on, not helping. Have tried with dx12 on, not helping either.

my temps for cpu are always on 60-62 C. My temps for cpu are near 55 C.

Sometimes the newest drivers contain these types of issues, wait until new drivers are released.
