GETTING RID OF USER TYPO ERRORS AND OTHER THINGS

Hello,how does one stop a pc with vista from saving information one would rather it didn't! Like saving list of typo error user names, d.o.b, phone numbers without giving permission to do so. How does one clear this up and stop it
