Question Gigabyte 2070 oc white gpu cooling?

Are there any alternative ways to cool my gigabyte 2070? it has 3 fans but boy does it get sorta hot.
i went from a msi duke 1080(upgraded cause i have a white themed build) and it never got this hot.
Now dont get me wrong its only going to like 70c while in graphical demanding games. but i was wondering if i can maybe get it to go cooler? any AIO cooling kits for the 2070 that are decent yet?

Do you have fan curves using MSI Afterburner setup to ramp more aggressively? If you pull the side of you case and leave it open, does the temp go down under the same circumstances? If so, you have poor case airflow.

Im not using msi afterburner. and I dont have poor airflow. i have a corsair crystal 570x with 6 corsair ML 120 fans, although i was having a issue with setting their rpm.
also i have a corsair 360 aio and the radiator is up front, maybe blowing warm air in too much?

Also, to expand.

First, run the test with only the case open, using the same methods you are seeing your 70C temps.

Then, run the test with the case open and turn on a large desk or floor fan to the highest setting, then blow into the case.

What are the results for each?
