Question Gigabyte 3080 10GB Vision VBIOS update to support RE-BAR

Hi,

Im considering updating the VBIOS on Gigabyte 3080 VisonOC so I can enable Resizeable BAR.

Currently card sits on this version of VBIOS according to GPU Z:

Gigabyte offers these VBIOS:

Now as u can see, there are FIVE options, called F1, F12, F21, F31, F51
Bellow that they state that:
F1, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F2-F9.
F10, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F11-F19.
F20, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F21-F29.

What does that even mean? I have no idea what "F" version of Vbios I have, what the "F"?
Only info in my VBIOS numbers is that of GPU Z 94.02.26.48.70

Any help on which VBIOS I should grab?
Also, opinion of RE-BAR? Is it worth it, I know its not widely supported and it even reduced performance on some titles, so Im a bit skeptical and might just scratch it...

Hey there,

I'm pretty sure that Re-Bar is already enabled on RTX3xxx cards, and you only have to enable it in the BIOS for your PC. Once enabled in your bios, you can check by clicking system information in the NV Control Panel when back in Windows.

List your pc specs.

If GPU-Z says VBIOS is 94.02.26.48.70 then according to techpowerup link you linked your card has F20 version (Third line of BIOS internals: GV-N3080VISION OC-10GD/F20/0B33). So this means you can only update it with F21.
