CPU Intel i5 13400f supporting 4800mhz ddr5
CPU FAN AIR id cooling s226xt
GRAPHICS CARD gigabyte 3060 windforce
MOTHERBOARD b760m gigabyte aorus pro ax rev 1.0 ddr5
MEMORY 8x2 16GB Kingston fury beast 4800mhz ddr5 (in slots A1 B1)
POWER SUPPLY 620w seasonic modular (using only a 8 pin atx 12v)
NVME 1tb mushkin vortex redline
SSHDD Seagate dx01
2 fans connected
only peripherals connected were mouse keyboard monitor

So eventually after resetting cmos 4 times!!!!!!! it booted or I just wasn't waiting that 1 min or my screen was on sleep mode??
Board temps and cpu temps are only between 21-25C

why does this board load then beep (no speaker usually) then post in like 30secs-45 secs? ram check?
What is this artifact line during post in the image ? https://ibb.co/hRSJwNP <--- image how do you even link an image...

Changing to a 750w power suppply for some reason gigabyte wants me to xD i think it would be for a much higher cpu and gpu though but whatever.

So USB PORTS 3.2 2.0 switch off as soon as I am booting up (moving circles splash) once windows doesn't need flash or cd. In the bios it works perfectly

1.do i not have enough power?
2.IS something incompatible
3.IS this what gigabyte has become?
4.why does this board load then beep (no speaker usually) then post in like 30secs-45 secs? ram check?
5. is the board faulty?
6. yeah I cant even teamview into it. so usb ports are off.
7.I am pretty sure this thing can install windows 8 :O but I guess ill try 10 later
8.changing bios settings for usb don't help at all (I didn't try disable legacy yet)

Yeah tried updating bios same thing f2 -> f11
Is that the proper slots for the ram?

No idea the manual is pretty vague but its always been A1 and B1 for 2 pieces of ram in other boards. I haven't used gigabyte since setting up work office pcs. oh you right recommends A2 B2 for some reason.

try doing both 8+4 cpu power?
well i am using a pretty oldish power supply from maybe 5 years ago (purchase date). so i am only using the 2x4 atx power (ther is only one more 1x4 which i reckon isnt needed since its only a i5 13400)
