It is still only 4+1 power phase, here is from the review: MSI 970A-G46 comes with 4+1 phase power delivery system for the CPU which is good enough for CPU with TDP of up to 125W. Extreme overclocking isn’t recommended on this motherboard.

Try to get the ASUS M5A97 PRO or EVO.

dude am on a tight budget :S,at least it won't bottleneck the fx-6300 right ?

 
no, the MSI won't bottleneck.

If you can't swing the $10-ish extra for an Asus or AS Rock board, the MSI will work fine(And yes, I know some budgets are that tights - to add teh $10-15 for the mobo, you might have to step back on the GPU by far more, for example). but don't push any overclock to its limits.

the problem is that i allready bought the gpu i got the hd 7850 2gb,but whats the diffrence between the asus one and the msi one ?
