Question Glitchy screen and then no signal on screen

Hey guys, i faced a problem with my pc ( monitor to be precise). Yesterday am normally using my pc and then suddenly my screen got stuck and after that my screen got glitchy and showing no signal after that.

When i restart after some time it works for 1 or 2 min but after that same glitchy screen and no signal.
