I found a web-site that have (long video files) and in order to use 1080p it asks me to install their extension (720p works fine). The site is legit, but the extencion it self replaces search engine.
Extension Required permissions:
'search_provider' - this permission is needed to change your default Search Engine. Your searches will be redirected by Secure-check.co to another search engine.
'Json' - this permission is needed to control that you have installed our extension and we do not offer it again if you have already installed it
Is there any way to bypass it?
