I cannot even think to play any game on work today. We are implementing a big system today e there are a lot of managers around me, so I'm not having a friday feeling this friday, hehehe.

Google can prove why it's a inovative company by simple things like this!

Happy Birthday, Pac-man!!!

I hope Google hosts this game even after today. Maybe not on the main site but somewhere else. That would be awesome. This is just pure awesomeness. I'm going to be on this all day. Hell, THIS game is more likely to be the new "Halo" a hell of a lot more likely than Crysis 2 is. I'm sure there's a lot more people playing Google's Pac-man than total Crysis 1.

Yet you can take the time to comment on a TH article?

I booted up FireFox, and I saw the logo. I was about to go to Toms, but then I clicked the logo, and played a couple rounds.
And people say Google is evil...

Though I'm curious, is it in HTML5?

Oh man, this minigame caused a huge problem in firefox for me!! If you use the coolpreviews addon the sounds repeat over and over, took an hour to find out it was the problem >.

WOW creative by google. Thnx Tom for the Ms Packman tip, I never played a 2-player pac-man before, its kinda interesting doing a solo 2 player game

I love being modded down. Especially when I was being serious! Our users saw this first, we had no idea what was going on... LOL

Here's an interesting glitch for you all...

If you have your Firefox quick search bar set to Google and you use Cool Preview (one of the recommended add-on's by Tom's), then you will get the Pac-Man sounds EVERYWHERE!!! Yup... pretty cool Google, you made many users think they had gotten a virus and many more think Cool Preview sucks.

Fixes I have read about after uninstalling Cool Preview are: disable autoplay in flash, remove shockwave/flash, disable Cool Preview until Pac-Man is gone, don't use Firefox for a bit, and finally make sure you don't have Google set as your default search or homepage and don't go there until pac-man is removed.

Just a FYI for those who are curious about the flaws in Google's wonderful idea/Cool Preview add-on.

Its a PNG file for all those bewildered by the lack of flash. Dont you know how to read code?

/shake head slowly

This is so awesome, now that's why Google is the best search provider, for the little things like this that brighten up your day, but how did they do it without flash?
