i got brand new xfx 7950 dd edition. so on a box is writen a marking tdjcon a website doesnt say that it is boost version but on box says it and soft also shows that it has boost but really what bothers me it is its temperature. all games make it go hot 85 degrees and in crysis it went up to 91. the most wierd think is that msi afterburner shows that fans are spinning at 100 % but the fan speed is two times smaller then it could go it can go up to 4400(according to msi afterburner) so then i enabled in msi afterburner manual cooling adjusting and did nothink else and now the hottest i seen was 82 degrees with spinning at 3200. so the question is why bios of the videocard is not responding to 90 degrees and not pushing spins to max? hopfully msi afterburner does what should videocard do.

Are you sure this is a brand new card? It's pretty old. Anyway, the first thing you should do is replace your thermal compound. After so many years it surely has lost it's properties. I think it can drop your temps by 10degrees or even more, we don't know how bad it is.
