Question GPU blacks out after boot up

PC black screen after boot video showing debug leds

I have a custom pc with
RTX 3060 (bought yesterday)
MSI MPG B550 (bought early january)
16GB DDR4 OLOY RAM (2 years old came with prebuilt)
thermal take 600w(also 2 yrs old)
9 fans all connected to one hub
AMD RYZEN7 3600X (bought used mid january)
THERMALRIGHT AIO 360(christmas gift)

I power it on. Lights turn on and everything. Screen shows up, i see the msi loading sometimes it might even cut out then and completely reboot, if i get to windows it just goes black.get to setup it goes black and flashed vga. I bought a brand new 3060 and it still doing it.

this doesn't necessarily sound like a GPU issue.

these symptoms sound like the entire system is crashing at odd times, not just the screen going blank.

it saw 600W 80 plus gold does that help?

No.

Include the serial number from any information sticker on the unit.

Its a power plus 80 plus 600W is the only info i got. I got into bios and reset cmos and didn't change anythimng, im swapping from intel and rtx2060 to amd and a 3060. which could mess up my drivers so I dont know I think its a PSU problem
