[SOLVED] GPU fan ratling - can it damage GPU?

i had this problem recently where my GPU fan not working properly, sometimes it stops
and sometimes when it spins it makes a high-pitch noise sound, but it became worse recently
the fan spins but the noise is way louder now and never stops.
it's the middle fan that is loose and i believe it makes that noise

i already ordered new fans from aliexpress and i might need to wait a few days before trying to replace them
i will try not to force the gpu too hard by not gaming or working on heavy software
although the temperatures are normal

i was wondering if i can use the pc normally... or if i should stop using it
until my fans arrive, can it damage the GPU badly if i keep using it?
it's a Gtx 1080 ti gaming oc 11g

Unplug the middle fan, GPU will still self regulate its temperature.

Don't want that motor to get stopped and pull tons of current through the fan controller for long periods.
