I have a Amd Ryzen 5 4500 got it for cheap price oem stock and i wanted to pair a good gpu for better performance in gaming highend gaming. I watched some youtube channels and got to know from gtx 1650 to rtx 3060ti will be best for performance ingaming. And will the rtx 4060 will be a good pick? Please anyone can suggest me a good GPU for my build. (This built is being used for hand made pc case project small form factor built) so according to that i need a one fan, small size or LP GPU.

Get rid of that PSU before you decide to buy a discrete GPU to pair with your build. As for your GPU purchase;
Where are you located?
What is your budget for said discrete GPU purchase?
What is your preferred site for purchase?

You should look into a dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit, if you want to replace the ram that you have in your build.

Just an added bit of info, you could update the BIOS to the latest version.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your case. If it's custom made, best share dimensions of the case and images of said case.

you might wanna think about using a Riser cable and a normal GPU with that case.

look for a tier A unit

My Motherboard supports pcie 3.0. Will using pcie 4.0 riser help in performance?
