Question GPU Not Being Used in RDR2 (6% only)

Hello, my specs are:
GTX 1060 6gb
Intel i5 7600k
8gb ram

And as I said, my gpu is hardly being utilized whatsoever. If anyone would be able to sit down and help me trouble shoot this, I would be very appreciative.

-Cpu temps?
-Gpu temps?
-Cpu usage(each core)?
-Ram usage?

-Motherboard drivers up to date?
-Did you uninstall the old gpu drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller, and then install the new ones?
-PC is virus and malware free?
