Question GPU Scaling causes GPU to crash ?

Hello everyone. I'm having a strange issue.

I have 3060 Ti. When I enable GPU scaling from GeForce Experience menu, and try to watch a youtube video, video comes green first and after couple of seconds screen starts to go black and comes back. Mouse position resets each time while this happening and some screen tearing happens. Eventualy my pc becomes in a state that I cant use anymore. When I reset pc, it becomes normal but starts doing same thing when I open a video.

There is no problem while GPU scaling is off, it only happens when GPU scaling is enabled. I also did couple of stress tests and everything seems normal. Any help is appreciated,

I'm having a similar issue, but with image scaling. I turn it on and valorant just crashes. I have a 980ti
