Question Gpu scaling out of range

so I was going through amd software settings and I accidentally switched the gpu scaling setting on and my monitor went black with a caption saying "out of range 75.1 Khz-60hz", I connected the gpu to my TV via HDMI but it detects it as a different HDMI screen and the gpu scaling is already turned off, what the hell can I do to fix this?
