GPU Selection!!!!

I am confused between GTX 550 Ti, GTX 650 Ti, Radeon 7790 HD (i always prefer NVIdia card!!!!!)
If any other cards gives me same(or better) perfomance in less(or same) amount of money please suggest !!

Can My power supply unit (320 watts ) support these cards or will i have to buy a new one .

If i have to buy a new one please suggest A PSU

But note that my budget for PSU is INR 3500 and is not flexible!
