Hello guys,

I have a question regarding my MSI GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB VENTUS 2X OC GPU.

Why has it started stuttering all of a sudden? I have OC of +200mhz core with +1500 on memory tested in Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and 3DMark never had issues as in many other games so I don't think its the OC at all. (tested it without the OC also stutters)

  • I reinstalled my drivers using DDU.
  • Updated my bios to the latest version.
  • Reinstalled Windows and removed all bloatware.

I use XMP profile for my ram and I made sure its dual channel. This build is only 3 months old so I doubt it's anything else. I recorded 1 game session and uploaded the pictures so someone who knows more can take a look and hopefully find the problem?

I've noticed that every time my voltage limit drops it's when the stuttering starts... Idk if the graph is normal to look like that (Voltage and Power limit) up and down constantly ?..
Thank you in advance for reading and trying to help me I would appreciate any feedback and sorry for my English! :)
