Hey folks!

First things first. I would consider my PC setup quite decent.

Intel Core i7 7700 non K
Geforce GTX 1070
16 GB RAM
Main SSD: Samsung Evo 500GB
Second SSD: Samsung Evo 250GB
HDD: 2TB (don't know about the name)

While gaming ive noticed that:

  • My Gpu usage is very low most of the time (when the bugs occur)
  • My Cpu usage is very high (above 95% to 100% when the bugs occur)

All temps are fine though. My RAM is placed correctly aswell.

The Video shows the bug:

Thanks in advance guys!

Its a Coba Power 550W PSU. Quite old but the thing is, the GPU works well in other games, just in Forza it doesnt. Im getting small stutters in other games but not as bad as those graphics bugs in Forza.

Is that a RAIDMAX Cobra model, or some other, from Inter-tech brand/company ?? Because, RAIDMAX PSUs are junk, Very poor quality, low-end power supplies. AVOID using this brand like a plague.

Sorry to ask but, since im far from being an expert, could this be an issue for some games but not all games? If its really the PSU thats faulty it should normally happen in all games or am I wrong?

I'm NO expert either, but what all PC games are you actually playing, and on which screen RESOLUTION ? Yes, if the PSU is indeed the culprit in your case, then it should happen on all other games as well, though first you need to confirm which PSU model/unit is that ??

BTW, it will also depend on the game being played as well. Some are graphic intensive, whereas others are CPU-bound. So I'm not ruling the PSU just yet...

My PSU is indeed from that Inter Tech Company. Im mostly playing all games just fine at 2K resolution. Always above 60 FPS. For example Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Battlefield 5 or Rocket League. Most problematic are Forza Horizon as mentioned and Dirt Rally 2, both games where the terrain has to load very fast which is always my problem it seems. Thats where my PC struggles. Fast terrain loading despite installation on an SSD.
