Hello everyone my friend gave me EVGA GTX 670 and it has problems, well it mostly doesn't turn on.

I have Asus H61ME motherboard and it makes 1 long beep and 3 short beeps when i install this card. I disassembled it and i inspected board and everything there was nothing i could find, but when i installed gtx 670 again in my pc it surprisingly turned on with display. The interesting thing is that I had everything unplugged from case and psu. I made it run for couple of minutes then I restarted pc and still again I have no display.

Only thing I get is 1 long beep and 3 short beeps ?

Nothing is wrong with mobo or psu or any other part in my pc because my old GTX 970 works fine. I include images of GTX 670, can you tell me is it ok for these components to be bridged like that?

What are your specs list? Not sure what you mean by "bridged" but if you're trying to run both the 970 and the 670 in an SLI config that is the issue considering they have two different architecture types, when running in SLI you want matching cards!

nono 970 runs normally as it should but 670 sometimes don't boot
my specs are:
i5-3350p
H61M-e
16 Gb ram 2x8 1600mhz sticks
120gb ssd
500gb hdd
this system works properly with my own gtx 970 but as soon as i install 670 it may boot up once and if i restart pc it won't boot up again

and i was talking about component in photo number 14 and 16 is it normal?

It sounds like that GTX 670 is dead. I am curious however as to why you refer to a perfectly-working GTX 970 as "old" and why you would want to replace it with a GTX 670? That thing is just a video adapter at this point and utterly useless for gaming. Let it die.

As AvroArrow mentioned the card could be dying/dead or it could be a driver related issue or possibly BIOS (Try clearing CMOS and making sure you're getting the proper driver from a reputable source), following what they mentioned, the card is ancient by todays standards, featuring 2GB of VRAM and having clock speeds of less than 1000Mhz, I would imagine that even a brand new duplicate would struggle with so much as playing 1080P videos on youtube. If you're building it for a nostalgia rig and only plan to play older games then I can understand having it, but again with what the card is, if you can't straighten it out with proper drivers, clearing CMOS or a combination of the two and it is in fact dying, it wouldn't be worth investing too much into trying to keep it alive.

Based on the symptoms you described, it sounds like there may be an issue with the graphics card itself. The beep code you're hearing (1 long beep and 3 short beeps) typically indicates a problem with the graphics card.

It's also possible that the graphics card is not properly seated in the PCIe slot on the motherboard. Make sure that the card is securely seated in the slot and that the power connectors are properly connected to the card.

Regarding the images, it's difficult to say without more information and context. It's possible that the bridging you're seeing is normal and not an issue, but it's also possible that it's a sign of damage. It would be best to consult with the manufacturer or a professional technician to determine if the card is functioning properly.
