Question Grand Theft Auto 5 (FIVEM) stuttering and FPS always drops ?

Hy Guys!

I have the following problem: I have GTA 5 and FIVEM, I used to do it a long time ago, then I took it to 144-hz and then it didn't work, but unfortunately for some reason it doesn't help now.
Everything I've tried: VSYNC on / off, fps cap, GSYNC on/off ,windows reinstall. How can I improve my game? Thank you help me 🙏

CPU: I5-7400
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050ti 4GB Oc
Motherboard: MSI Z270 Gaming M3
Memory: 8GB DDR4 3000mhz HyperX and G.SKILL Aegis 8GB DDR4 3000MHz
Monitor: ASUS VG248QG 165Hz

I would try different draw distance settings. That is where it seems to be having a problem. When the scene is loaded you are getting plenty of fps, but as you move on in the scene and it needs to update it that is where it is lagging. You should also check to see if your virtual memory is set to let the computer manage it.
