Solution
Gtx 650 is little better than hd 7750.but gtx 650 needs 6 pin connector and you need to upgrade your psu.but hd 7750 is best choice even it hd 7750 at its peak load consumes just 43w.just go with hd 7750.

Any PCI-e card (1.0, 2.0, 3.0) will work in any PCI-e slot (1.0, 2.0, 3.0). Your motherboard has a PCI-e 2.0 slot which is fast enough for any currently existing graphics card.

Cards in the future might benefit from the increased speeds of PCI-e 3.0, but current cards to not.

Below is my sytem configuration -
CPU: i7-920 (No overclocking)

ASHISH65 - Can you please explain little more about how to verify the +12V power supply rating and what is the significance of it? Please excuse for asking very basic questions, but that will help me in improving my knowledge base.

raheel167 - The maker is Cooler Master.

Using Google I found the below link from newegg to calculate the wattage requirement and it returned 384W PSU requirement for my system configuration.

Please advise.

Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing the links. It was a great piece of learning.

Meanwhile I was considering to upgrade my PSU with "Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU", so should I proceed with it or the existing PSU will be able to support the new card?
