Graphics card fans spinning really fast for no reason

I've been experiencing an issue with my EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 where only one of my fans are spinning max speed for no reason, I have fixed this by updating firmware but just today it started happening again. Can someone please help me with this?

You need to check your GPU temps to see if its not overheating also you could try MSI afterburner and set fan curve and try DDU to remove all drivers and install it again.

the GPU temps are fine and I've tried setting the fan speeds to normal but that dosent do any thing. I will try to reinstall the drivers

I did something EVGA precision restarted my computer and now my fans are quiet, I will still keep this thread up and running in case it happens again

its happening again
