Question Graphics card no display

Hello, so i had a recent problem, so say, the electricity in my house went out, and when it was back, the gpu doesn't work. when i turn on my pc, no display from the gpu. the fans do spin, but no display at all, not detected in windows device manager, taskmanager, nothing in bios so far too, i am wondering what might be the problem? would the power outage be enough to kill a gpu? thanks for the help (i'm using an old Radeon AMD HD 7770)

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If your PSU was subpar to begin with, then it's possible that it knocked your GPU out during said power outage.

If your PSU was subpar to begin with, then it's possible that it knocked your GPU out during said power outage.

Motherboard: B85M-G
Ram: 12GB Hynix DDR3
SSD/HDD: Off brand 256gb ssd and a Toshiba hdwl110 1tb
GPU: Radeon HD 7770 (Broken part)
PSU: Aero cool Lux 550w 80+
Chassis: Nemesis TARTAROS T70
OS: Win 10 Pro
Monitor: Stock LG monitor

bios version, I don't know abt that, but
it worked before the power outage...
but the power supply is a year or two years old. because I didn't buy it brand new

press Ctrl+Win+Shift+B while in idle, it should refresh your graphics card
