Issue:
Sometimes windows boots in 640x480 while normal is 1440x900 (resolution) and on gray color and DPI is very slow and when I go on device manager theres a triangle on the side of my gpu's name but when I restart it's fine.

Sometimes when I play games a sound like when plugging a new usb ina appears and then screen goes black but the pc is still on and sometimes there's still audio playing.

There are days that I play without black screen and sometimes there are many coming 5 min in game or so 5. the temp of my machine is very low: https://gyazo.com/3d18da4b5d25840417622e03fd8b80a3
and the build is new except PSU SSD and GPU

Some info
i5 6600k
asus strix 750 ti
asus z170 deluxe
tridentZ rgb 1416 MHz
250Gb ssd
750 watt psu

I also got a video about it, excuse my bad english..
https://youtu.be/j9pY9__k_qg (just noticed i sound like peter parker from The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 lol)

Usefull Notes:
Black screen appears often when playing but also when idleing but not as often, more rarely
I have the latest gpu drivers
I have tried DDU
I have ran diagnosis programs and they show that my gpu is fine
The gpu doesnt use psu cables it drains from mobo
I have not tried doing anything with basic graphics card (when gpu drivers are unistalled) so I can not confirm it is the gpu
It worked fine til I put it in this machine (as said everything new except SSD PSU and GPU)
It happens when overlocking and even when I am not overclocking
I even tried switching monitors

If someone could help or suggest anything it would be awesome

Solution
I still think you should borrow a family/friend's GPU and test it. Faster than doing everything you find on the internet. Try another cable too.

BTW, your Z170 deluxe has both HDMI (right) and DP (left).

Also, I remember 'Secure Boot' from BIOS sometimes interfering with GPU upgrades. But it should cause problems only on prebuilt computers, on custom like yours.

You said you didn't upgrade the SSD. Does that mean you didn't reinstall windows for your new system?
I reset windows again and got that error again after resetting and when it loads it says the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.. there's administrator and a guest option wtf is this windows domain? What do I do clean install?

Hey so during that time I didnt have any black screen so I think it was a windows issue but now I got corrupted windows files... I will do a clean install but it says this GTP and UEFI error thingie so ima have to see if I can bypass that by enabling legacy mode / csm

IF the download goes succesfully I will download LOL right away and play for about 1-2 hours, I will keep you updated with my windoes fresh install progress... (not home right now, gettin home from school in 4 hours, i will keep you updated.)

Other notes: if the black screens still happen I am going to buy a DP (display port) to check my iGPU that came on my mobo and see if that works.. if it does then its the gpu.. if not then theres something wrong with my system probably the psu.

^^^^ try this.

Also if you don't have a PC at home, you can reuse a old motherboard if you have that.

Might be... tho mobo is brand new and changing spot doesn't help.... I think I found a solution tho.. as the thread I shared with you... the guy fresh installed windows and it worked for him.

I wI'll create one in 2 days from now and I'll let you know Friday (3 days) I'll let it run Thursday all day see if it actually fixed anything.. but today and tomorrow I can't. . Got work

Ok, keep us updated.

Hey I am back, windows fresh isntalled all good but I discovered something.. gpu works fine til I put cable at a sertan angle and then I isntantly lose signal (happened 3 times so I can confirm that) and when I try to switch cable it is still off.... I dont know what causes that and btw sometimes fans stop spinning...

I also enabled iGPU and connected my cable to it and directly into the motherboard and everything works fine only it seems that my pc cant read my gpu... fans are spinning but in device manager thers no such thing as DISPLAY ADAPTERS and CAM my software I use to switch lightning... and my ASUS software I use to overclock and such, neither do read my gpu its like its invisible but fans are spinning.... I only switched monitor input to iGPU instead of GPU and now it seems like nothing can read my main GPU....

I will keep you updated if I discover something alse, havnt tryed playing games yet as said ill keep you updated.

also, does this mean my gpu is dead 4 ever?

Hmmmm, maybe your HDMI cable is damaged OR your HDMI GPU input is damaged. Use a VGA or DVI cable on your GPU and try some games if this solves the problem.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from InfernaI : "Drivers not installing on graphics card because it cant identify hardware."

^title, what makes this very interesting is that AMD radeon when opened up detects the hardware, windows detects the hardware, but the driver does not. To be honest I don't mind using an older driver as long as I can play games.
This problem has been occuring ever since I've wiped my drives and installed 32 bit windows education edition.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Question from InfernaI : "Graphics not installing because "AMD cannot properly identify the AMD graphics hardware""

I am not sure how not connecting the cable from gpu to monitor makes it inactive but after many restarts and updates no gpu detected but fans still spinning.. I will try downloading a driver from GeForce automatic driver update software and let you know how this goes

Note, that I enabled multi monitor thingie that enables iGPU for multiple monitor use but im not sure how this disables my gpu... LOL uses 80 to 100% of my igpu yet my gpu is still not detected.. I will try downloading latest version of java and drivers and let you know again

If this didn't work, try to download Windows 7.

My system still doenst regognize my gpu and I still dont understand how using the iGPU turns my GPU off, isnt there a way to use both? I mean iGPU exists for some reasons including multi display... Tomorrow I will try using a different cable for my GPU and run it for an hour or so hope for not blakc screen.... if black screen occour then it should mean bad GPU...

But in case of the PC, PC runs smoothly with iGPU as suggested from zebarjadi.raouf now I only have to try with a different cable... I will borrow one from my brother and see how it runs with that cable.. I really think its a cable issue because when I hold it a special angle everything is fine, when I let it loose it loses display or can it be a bend GPU? / destroyed sometimes when I lay my pc down (motherboard facing upwards) theres signal, when I raise it and place it so that the motherboard faces vertical it loses display as well.. I dont know might be the cable as well.. FINAL ANSWERS TOMORROW I hope..

*but that still doesnt explains why I cant use iGPU and GPU at the same time... I am not getting an error but when I put my monitor cable directly into the motherboard that uses iGPU it doesnt recognize GPU display adapters dont even show up...)

I found the reason why... https://gyazo.com/e3ae68fccb9d2fe0bb36be87f6e153e9 I will research how to enable them both but for now I can only wait till tomorrow my brother is not home today... tomorrow I will find out if my GPU is actualy bad or not

*quick update, now it shows my display adapters, I got intel hd graphics 530 and they are actually pretty good with my i5600k :) so just in case its not the cable and its my gpu I can still survive as it plays LOL on maximum on 170 fps as long as it is above 60 im happy..

I'm back so I tested the cable on a different pc and it worked fine... I am using GPU now instead of iGPU and currently downloading drivers... after it's finished I will try to see if I can move the cable again without losing signal.
If that succeeds then I will try running a game and see if more black screens happen.

I will keep you updated. ^^
