Hello,
I need to replace my geforce 8800gt , got any ideas.Was thinking about a 1GB nvidia GT220 PCI-E .... but is it a good idea ?

not really governed by budget , existing card did all i wanted so just to replace with equivalent.

If you're thinking of upgrading, you need to make sure your PSU can handle the new video card. You also need to find out what resolution you want to use.

That being said, the 220GT isn't much of an upgrade from the 8800GT. Here's a hierarchy chart for the graphics cards.
