GT 440 DDR5 or HD 5670 DDR3

Guys, i was thinking to video card later, although i am sure that the 5670 ddr5 is faster than the GT 440 ddr 5, i am still a bit hesitant if the GT440 (DDR5) is faster than the HD 5670 (DDR3). GT 440 DDR5 or HD 5670 DDR3?

a 5670/6670 1 gb gddr5 or a 5770 1 gb gddr5 if your specs and budget allow.

Thanks guys, already bought a Sapphire HD 5670 1GB DDR5.. i went with the Sapphire brand because ASUS' version of 5670 1GB DDR3 is worth Php3,350 (78.1 US dollar), while the Sapphire HD 5670 1GB DDR5 is only Php3,530 (82.26 US dollar).

although i know that asus is a better brand with a good cooling system, it really doesnt matter because i have no plans of OVERCLOCKING my graphics card.
