Question gtx 1660 with one fan or two fans ?

i was wondering if the two fans version of the card GTX 1660 super deserve the 50 $ difference compared to the one fan version
the one fan version is
MSI GeForce GTX VD7112 1660 SUPER
so this specific version is a good option ? or the two fans version deserve the 50$

It's single fan design but the fan is huge.

Personally I'm OK with the single fan version, isn't true that the PSU and the CPU are also single fan design?

It's like some cars have two-fan radiator, others have single-fan radiator, the number of fans is not relevant, efficiency is.
